Tofu and Snow…..It’s, like, so natural

Posted by Jane on 02/09 at 07:54 PM

Jane is:  Cross Country Skiing at Whitegrass near Davis, West Virginia

She’s exclaiming:  I swan! This place has already had 178” of snow this season!

She’s tucking in to:  Tofu and Cashews as only Whitegrass can serve it up – in a cozy spot with good company, live music, and a place for Devo right under the table.

She’s humming: “Misty taste of moonshine, teardrop in my eye.”

She’s enamored with: Oxygen debt. Cross Country skiing is tough!

Hey hey y’all, that crazy Aussie surfing was making me madder than a wet hen, so I’m here for some R&R in comfort-food-for-my-soul Mountain Momma West Virginia at Whitegrass Cross Country Ski Resort in the beautiful Cabin Mt. Range of the High Alleghenies of the snug and homey Appalachian Mountains. They’ve got miles and miles of trails and are open until dark-thirty, and Devo loves to curl up in a pull-along sled and ride behind me. Get out and enjoy February; it’s my favorite month.
