The Lead Horse Inn
Listed on the national Historic Registry, The Lead Horse Inn is a three-story Victorian home built in the late 1870’s. Of particular interest and beauty are the massive, solid, native walnut doors, trim and open sweeping staircase. Situated on three acres of lawns, gardens and woods with winding pathways, the Lead Horse Inn celebrates the theme of the carousel, which is carried into every room of the house.
The Aaronsburg Inn
Built circa 1802 in the Federal style, the Aaronsburg Inn features comfortable, quietly elegant common areas and private outdoor spaces. Seven rooms, each with its own private bath, are spacious and tastefully decorated. Seemingly a world away, this inn is actually very centrally located to a wealth of activities and opportunities. Formerly a private home and located in the heart of Amish country in Millheim, the Three Porches is just down Main Street from Elk Creek Café and Aleworks. This comfortable B&B is within easy access to many Amish specialty shops, world-class trout waters, and several state parks.
Reel-Em-Inn B&B
This beautiful B&B is located in Coburn, Pennsylvania and sits about 30 feet from bank of Penn’s Creek, a prime fly fishing stream. Comfortable rooms and common areas make this B&B feel like home, and the large front porch is the perfect place to relax and keep an eye on the water.
